Registrations & Social Events

  • Before 31 May 2026 - Full Refund

  • Before 30 June 2026 - 50% Refund

  • After 30 June 2026 - No Refund

Accommodation Onsite

  • Before 30 July 2025 - 1 night will be charged

  • After 30 July 2025 - No Refund

All payments must be received in advance of the deadlines outlined above.

iADH Members must provide their membership numbers at registration stage (please visit https://www.iadh.org/membership/ if you require assistance with your membership).

If opting for student registration, student status must provide a copy of student ID at registration stage.

If you select developing country registration your employer must be based in one of the countries on the relevant list:

  • A €50 administration fee will be charged for any changes made to confirmed bookings.

  • Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of €50 will apply.

  • Cancellations must be received in writing by the convention secretariat by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.

  • All cancellations are subject to a €50 administrative fee.

  • Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference refunds.

  • All refunds due will be processed after the convention.

  • Payment can be made online via credit/debit card – Visa and Mastercard accepted.

  • Payment can also be made by bank transfer – Invoice issued on completion of Online Registration.
